What can be included in your tailor made pack :

• Property inspection
• Regular property inspections (once a fortnight)
• Visual check out of the interior and exterior of the property
• Check bathroom , sinks, toilets etc to ensure there are no leaks
• Check the windows and door frames in the winter against water leaks
• Air all the rooms once a fortnight
• Visual check of the interior against pests and vermin
• Check and examine all the furniture and electrical appliances for damage or failure
• Check all security services and devices to ensure they are fully operational
• Water all houseplants if required

Key holding

It would be wise to have a trustworthy key holder who will check your property periodically …

You can decide whether visitors /guests collect the key from us, or we can arrange to meet them at your property.

Bill Payments

Controlling and handing over the inventory to a guest on arrival and re-controlling inventory with the quest on departure

Housekeeping Service

Your house is cleaned and aired , laundry is done …bed sheets, towels, clothes, etc….

We can arrange for the house to be cleaned prior to the arrival of yourselves or your guests…

Also a welcome pack of basic provisions., which is ideal if arriving late evening or early morning !!

Meet & Greet guests

Before your guest arrive , we can be there to open and air the property …..meet your guests and ensure safe hand-over of house keys etc…

Basic provisions can also be waiting on your guests arrival…

Monthly Reports

We will provide a monthly report with photographs and checklists along with any recommendations of possible actions to be taken …..Reports will be sent by e-mails for time saving and quick action….

Repair services

If your property is need of emergency repairs or simply needs some refurbishing, we can be there to provide local assistance and help to get the work done. We can advise on local, quality tradesmen and help get written estimates, which can then be emailed to you.

We simply act as a helping hand and only charge for the time we spend arranging for the work to be done, or the time we spend at your property

Welcome pack

Basic provisions can be organised for you but if you require anything else such as flowers, champagne or chocolates .. for a special occasion please let us know and we can have everything ready for your arrival…

Personal Shopper

Accompanied shopping trips in Kusadasi - £15 per hour (includes a member of our team, transport & delivery). Or £10 per hour no transport included.....

If you prefer to choose furnishings and white goods yourself of course this is no problem we can drive you around in our transport and show you suitable stores from which to furnish your property.

This is simply as a service to you, our customer, saving you time and money. We arrange deliveries or pack your purchases into our van and unload at the end of the day!
